We love them! Only a small rough spot in the family room, but I think Morris already spoke to you about that and Tony is coming back to touch up this weekend. Everything went well and on time, from the installation to the sanding, and Tony went completely out of his way when it was time to choose a stain. You were right all along, unfinished quarter sawn white oak, finished on site is the way to go, and we are so happy we took your advise.
Everyone who has seen them is impressed and they all want your number. We have quite a few family members who are planning some renovations in the next year - you will definitely get a call from them.

Nam and his crew are really skilled professionals, they matched the color on the stain of the stairs perfectly to the prefinished flooring you installed. I didn't believe it was possible, but they managed to install 2100 square feet and redo our stair case in only 4 days! Once again, on behalf of my family, thanks again for doing such a great job!

Going to Three Towers and meeting with Mr. John Fortugno ended up our extremely long search and multiple discussions with 9 different flooring stores in order to find the wood flooring that met all our expectations: very good quality flooring, a great choice, and at the right price. John was extremely generous and took time to answered all our questions and believe me he is not a regular salesman. There are no pressures put on the consumer and he shared in all honesty his extensive expertise and knowledge, including advantages and disadvantages of the different wood species. All these benefices come with a fantastic after sell service: delivery and installation were well done, on schedule and again at a good price. Three Towers went out of the ordinary to match the staircase and handrails with the floor. One more tip, consulting the Three Towers website gives you access to the regular price of their floorings, monthly specials and included under Company overview, some very pertinent information regarding the different species of wood and more.
